The NORA Manufacturing Sector Council and the University of Cincinnati are sponsoring the 2011 NORA Manufacturing Sector Conference in Cincinnati, OH, September 7-8, 2011. The theme of the conference, Partnerships to Improve Occupational Safety and Health, will be a national call to action to identify and develop partnerships that improve occupational safety and health in manufacturing. 

According to Jim Johnson, group vice president of Workplace Safety Initiatives at the National Safety Council and member of NORA, “This is the conference to attend if you are interested in improving safety in the manufacturing sector through cutting edge research and partnership. Only by working together can we find solutions to the leading manufacturing safety challenges.”
