The National Safety Council Honors 55 Organizations with 2013 Industry Leader Award
 
Itasca, IL – The National Safety Council today announced 55 organizations have been awarded the Council’s 2013 Industry Leader Award for safety performance within their industries. The Industry Leader Award recipients represent the top 5 percent of NSC member companies that have qualified for the 2013 Occupational Excellence Achievement Award (based on 2012 calendar year data). Winners are selected based on North American Industry Classification System code, lowest total incidence rate and employee work hours.
