Registration deadlines
The deadline for online and mail registrations is the end of the business day on
Friday, February 6, 2009. All persons wishing to register after February 6th are
asked to do so on-site at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to +1-630-285-0798 and sent
to the attention of Sheryl Panek. Written cancellation request prior to February
6, 2009 will be issued a full refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will
be made after February 6th. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
