Roger has substantial international experience in private industry. His business and legal background has spanned the globe to include Asia, Australia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Prior to joining the NSC, Roger was an equity partner with Retail Concepts International LLC. He established and served as President of the International Division of H20 Plus, a specialty retailer of personal care products. Roger also has practiced law for many years with a particular focus on international contracts, intellectual property and drafting OSHA compliance programs for manufacturing companies.
Roger was awarded the U.S. President's "E" Certificate for Exports in 2005 and the Export Certificate of Achievement for the State of Illinois in 2004 by two prior U.S. Secretaries of Commerce.
Roger received his J.D. degree from Cornell Law School in the United States. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Geta Gamma Sigma while earning a dual-degree with a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Finance and a B.A. in Russian History from the College of Liberal Arts at the the University of Pennsylvania in the United States.

Namir has over 28 years of experience in the safety and loss prevention fields. He offers workplace consultancy services and delivers numerous training courses in EHS and defensive driving. He has a wide-range of experience in process safety and has developed programs and implemented EHS management systems including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. He has worked for leading international manufacturing organizations and has held various positions with GlaxoSmithKline, Kraft Foods International, Honeywell and Dailycer. He has provided safety consulting and training services in many industries and has been involved with projects for Shell Oil, Total Oil Marine, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Masterfoods, EON, VDO, Florette among other companies.
Namir is a chartered chemical engineer with undergraduate and post-gradulate degrees in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Aston in the United Kingdom. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (UK), a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, an affiliate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and a member of the Birmingham Health, Safety and Environment Association.

Brett has over 15 years of international business experience in Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He has held management roles in international marketing and product development for several international manufacturers and international trade finance and financial analysis for major financial institutions like ABN AMRO Bank and Bank of Montreal.
Brett has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in the United States and a B.S. in Business Administration from The American University in Washington, D.C.

Silvia has over 12 years of experience in international account services in Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Her experience includes coordinating products and services as an International Specialist at a Fortune 500 company. She also has handled accounting, pricing, shipping and order intake.
Silvia has a Certificate in Import and Export Operations. Silvia speaks fluent Spanish and works directly establishing training centers and processing memberships.
