Since 2007, 29 communities in the United States have earned Safe Community accreditation. We want to celebrate the hard work that goes into that accreditation by dedicating a day to this network.
Join us in recognizing those communities dedicated to building partnerships, enhancing resources and reducing injuries and deaths on Safe Communities America Day Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016.
If you are part of an accredited Safe Community, you can participate by hosting an event, recognizing your safety leaders and spreading the word through social media.
