Illinois State Approved Driver Retraining Programs

  • DRIVERS AGE 15-24 WHO RECEIVED TWO VIOLATIONS IN 24 MONTHS or received a violation under the Zero Tolerance Law are required by the State to take the Remedial Driver Education Course to get their license reinstated.

    IF YOU ARE REQUIRED BY A SPECIFIC COURT to complete the Alive at 25 program, you must indicate the appropriate court on the registration.

    DRIVERS THAT NEED TICKET DISMISSAL should take the 4-hour Defensive Driving Course. Click here to find a training center.

    Please be sure you know which class is required before you continue the registration process. National Safety Council is not responsible for drivers taking the wrong class. Probationary License Program

Have you had your license suspended for three moving violations in a 12-month period? Have you been notified of eligibility by the Secretary of State's Office?
