OSHA Outreach Training
OSHA Train-the-Trainer and OSHA Safety Training for 2018 is available for both Construction and General Industry at National Safety Council headquarters near Chicago. NSC has been authorized to deliver occupational safety and health training on behalf of OSHA since 1994 and is now offering this important training in the Great Lakes Region for U.S. residents.
Those who successfully complete the Train-the-Trainer program will be authorized to teach OSHA 10- or 30-hour and OSHA Hazard Awareness safety courses for construction or general industry to U.S. workers who need specific job-related safety training. Trainers also can issue official U.S. Department of Labor cards.

OSHA Safety Courses emphasize hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention. The OSHA 10-hour courses are for entry-level workers; OSHA 30-hour courses are for workers with more safety responsibility. All who successfully complete training qualify for a U.S. Department of Labor card.
