Itasca, IL – The National Safety Council , a leader in providing defensive driving education, and Professional Development Associates, NSC’s web-based training partner, today announced they have received a Silver Excellence in Training Award for “Professional Truck Driver Online” which was recognized during an awards ceremony and reception Tues., Oct. 18 at the 2005 Training Fall Conference & Expo.
This year there were 210 nominations from 16 countries. "The winning entries this year show a great combination of creativity and practical results. The winners are excellent both in terms of innovation and impact on the business," said Brandon Hall, Ph.D., chairman of the Excellence in Learning Awards program. "These winners show us what the future of learning looks like."
