Course Description
Near-miss reporting is a leading indicator tool that has been around for a long time, though many organizations struggle to get effective, sustainable results from a near-miss program. With this Webinar, you’ll get a fresh approach used by a major utility, a global construction company and a manufacturing facility, among others. Each firm engaged its employees and managers to develop a solution set that fit its unique safety and operations culture. All of them achieved positive, enduring culture change and measurable results. Find out how they did it! Register today!
By the end of this Webinar, participants will learn:
• Why even bother with near-miss initiatives?
• What common faults help to sink near-miss initiatives?
• How does an organization overcome these fatal faults?
• What kind of engagement in near miss is needed for each level of an organization?
• What part does database tracking have to do with near miss?
• What kind of results can an organization expect from an effective near-miss system?
