Meet Your Webinar Presenters:

Robert Lewis is a Senior Safety Consultant with the National Safety Council. His primary responsibilities include facilitating both class room as well as online instruction of the Council’s wide ranging Health and Safety courses. Additionally, Robert’s duties include technical consulting, and advocating policies that provide a safe work environment for all employees in both large and small organizations in the United States and abroad.
Prior to joining the Council, Robert worked both as a prosecutor for the City of Atlanta and as an Adjunct Instructor of Environmental Health & Safety at University of Phoenix (Compliance Solutions) in Atlanta, Ga. Preceding Robert’s legal career, he spent over a decade in the pulp and paper manufacturing industry with responsibilities that included safety, employee coaching and development, quality and environmental control systems, and human resources. Robert is also a graduate of John Marshall Law School.
 
Tim Neubauer is a Senior Safety Consultant for the National Safety Council. Tim is also a National Safety Council trained instructor in Advanced Safety Concepts and Forklift. He is also a certified instructor in Aerial Work Platforms and Scaffolding. Tim is an OSHA Authorized Trainer for 10 & 30-hr safety courses in industry and construction, as well as part 46 mining. Tim also serves as Chairman of the Safety Committee for the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA).
 
Tim also spent six years as a Safety Director for a Tilt-Up concrete construction company in Raleigh, NC. He also a Construction Health and Safety Technician® (CHST) and a
