Injury Facts Challenge
Maintain a positive safety culture and stimulate safety discussions among employees
with Injury Facts Challenge - a weekly safety quiz that may be accessed by employees
through your intranet by adding a small piece of code to your intranet site. Based
on the most current Injury Facts book, questions covering on the job, off the job,
and traffic injury subjects automatically change each week. The questions and answers
are then supplemented with related safety tips and actual pages the book. As an
employer, you can also incorporate quiz questions into safety meeting discussions
and even choose to offer prizes for participation.
The Challenge is also available
as a CD for those organizations without an intranet or for those who prefer
to offer the questions in a different way. The CD version contains all 52 questions,
answers, safety tips, and Injury Facts page PDF files. This option allows you to
decide on how to disseminate the quiz questions and safety tips – in an e-mail to
all employees, on a bulletin board, on table tents in the cafeteria, pay envelope
stuffers, tool box talks, etc…
Injury Facts Talks
The Injury Facts Talks are a set of four PowerPoint® presentations that show the
latest data from the Injury Facts book. Complete with speaker notes, the presentations
may be used to show various audiences the impact of unintentional injuries on the
nation, companies, families, and individuals. Potential audiences include corporate
management, workers, and community groups. One Talk is an overview and the other
three cover occupational, motor-vehicle, and home and community. The Talks may be
tailored by adding material related to your company or community, or combining slides
from two or more Talks.

In the
Injury Facts Professional Package you get everything you need to provide
factual information to any audience. The Professional Package includes:

community, state, and international injuries.
