The National Safety Council will not issue refunds if you have completed the wrong class.
Motorists who have received notification from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles that their driving privileges are or will be suspended due to accumulated surchargeable events must complete the eight-hour Defensive Driving Course - Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving, to avoid the suspension or to have their license reinstated. Reasons for taking the Driver Attitudinal Retraining Course include:
- Court Mandated

DDC-Alive at 25 is a highly interactive four-hour intervention program that zeroes in on drivers ages 16 to 25 — the group most likely to be involved in a fatal collision. DDC-Alive at 25 uses workbook exercises, group discussions, role-playing and short lectures to help keep young drivers safe on the road. SCARR is intended to help students face the driving behaviors that required them to take the course and discuss how they will change those behaviors. Participants walk away understanding the serious consequences involved with irresponsible and dangerous driving.
