Thank you for your ongoing support of employee safety and health. The Family Safety & Health Employer Resource baseline survey was voluntary and completed by 380 registered users. The results are in the Baseline Survey: Key Findings Report.
Some of the initial findings include:
- Fifty-seven percent reported that management demonstrates their commitment to off-the-job safety and health though their actions and their message.
- Nineteen percent reported their company had an off-the-job policy in place.
- Nearly one-third reported that funds were allocated for addressing off-the-job safety.
- Seventy-three percent eported that training courses were used to promote off-the-job safety and health in the past year.
- Sixty percent reported that their organization implemented health screenings/risk assessments.
