John Deere Boots has introduced a series of three Fire Resistant Vamp Boots: a 6-inch and 8-inch lace-up and an 11-inch pull-on style. The FR Vamp is highly abrasion- and oil-resistant. It is compounded to meet the flame-resistance requirement of NFPA 5905. The boots all have Poron XRD Metatarsal Guards tested to absorb up to 90 percent of energy from impacts.
