The video features Patrick Kapust, deputy director of OSHA’s Directorate of Enforcement Programs, and me talking about the fiscal year 2012 top 10 most frequently cited OSHA violations.

I interviewed Patrick earlier last year, but in the video he goes into greater detail about the violations than we had space for in the magazine.
