we have trained just about all of our employee or have training scheduled for them.
We outsource our MSDS management for the majority of our subsidies. Further, the bulk of the responsibility for updating to GHS is on the manufacturers of the chemical who we require to provide MSDS along with every chemical we purchase.

Our new building is set up with new signage and the GHS booklet with current MSDS documents.
Employees are being told about GHS monthly. But we have not received product showing the new labeling.

Hospital Setting deadline for training all employees 12/1/13 will have a computerized training model assigned to all staff for next year on new requirements

New training requires money. I'm in the process of explaining to my Manager why we have to spend more money on training for Hazcom and why it is different. With the new information that is available he is slowly understanding what is needed.
I just started with the company and am currently trying to get up to speed.
They think they are ahead of everyone else, but they're not.
We are users of chemical products. Our hazcom written program and training program were revised to address new requirements and training program delivered this year to employees
The reg doesn't require compliance until 12/31/2013.Manufacturers don't have to change labels until 2014.We'll wait for all the changes to occur.
