Motorists who have received notification from the Connecticut Department of Motor
Vehicles that their driving privileges are or will be suspended due to accumulated
moving violations must complete a four hour Operator Retraining Program (ORP). The
National Safety Council's classroom program, DDC-4-CT, is approved by the CT Department
of Motor Vehicles for the ORP. Motorists may also be required to attend due to other
circumstances. Classes are available statewide.
