About Emergency Care Traininig (ECT)
Founded in 1993, Emergency Care Training (ECT) started by selling specialized first aid kits and equipment for schools, homes and sports organisations in Hong Kong. In January 1995, ECT conducted the inaugural standard first aid course of the National Safety Council (USA) in Hong Kong. NSC first aid courses were quickly accepted by the non-Chinese speaking community in Hong Kong. ECT also set up a NSC training site at the Caritas Medical Centre-Resuscitation Centre to help expand the training programs further into the local community. The branch in ECT-Shenzhen was established on 4th May 2016. The aim is to promote First Aid and Resuscitation skills in China. Courses can be conducted in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
