The National Safety Council Certificate of Merit Award recognizes individuals, companies, units and/or facilities that have achieved a noteworthy safety accomplishment.
In 50 words or less, provide a detailed description of outstanding safety practices by your company or an employee. NSC will review applications and recognition will be provided based on accomplishment. Applications can be submitted at any time throughout the year.
Qualifying individuals, companies, units and facilities can purchase a Certificate of Merit Award to display at their organization. Certificates are available in a wood frame for $54.95, the leatherette framed award is $24.95. Shipping, handling and tax will be applied.
If your application is approved, your award will be shipped within four to six weeks. Awards may be delayed due to reduced warehouse staffing in response to COVID-19 statewide shelter-in-place order. NSC reserves the right to change, without notice, any statement in the Occupational Awards Program concerning, but not limited to, rules, policies, awards, delivery dates/methods and fees.
