Itasca, IL – According to National Safety Council estimates, the number of roadway deaths in the U.S. have remained persistently high year over year. Strong laws and improved infrastructure are crucial elements to reducing and preventing future injuries and fatalities on the roadways.
The National Safety Council supports the safety provisions in the Moving Forward Framework put forth today. Every single roadway death is preventable, and the new structure will help us reach a future with zero traffic deaths.
