Eric has a background in city administration, small business management, non-profit management and corporate accounting. Throughout his career he has demonstrated his passion in the public safety industry and was awarded the honor of Admiral in the Great Navy of the State of Nebraska by the Governor of Nebraska in 2018.

He earned his master in public administration from the University of Wyoming. He served as EVP/CFO from 2013-2017 and has been the president and CEO since April of 2017.
