Executive Vice President, Workplace Practice
Paul Vincent, executive vice president of the workplace practice area, oversees NSC membership, thought leadership and workplace product offerings. His leadership and vision is critical in leading the more than 15,000 NSC member organizations to higher levels of safety maturity.

As part of these responsibilities, Vincent will guide the Campbell Institute and Work to Zero programs, along with workplace research, to drive workplace safety thought leadership. He will also play a pivotal role in leading NSC consulting and network efforts, strengthening the Council’s ability to provide dynamic workplace safety services to employers and safety leaders, and be responsible for NSC workplace products and services, including the COVID-19-related Safe Actions for Employee Returns (SAFER) initiative.

With more than 30 years of experience leading business units, Vincent joined NSC from Florida-based Pylon Manufacturing Corporation, where he most recently served as chief supply chain officer and vice president of International Pylon. He previously held leadership roles at both North American and global companies, including Sengware, Hyperion Innovations, The Knockout Group, Turtle Wax and Dana.

From Somerset, England, Vincent received a Higher National Diploma in business and finance from Lancashire Polytechnic and a Master of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School.
