Director of Occupational Safety & Health, Laborers' Health & Safety Fund of North America

Travis has over 25 years of experience working in safety and health, and provides an array of safety and health services to contractors and affiliates of the Laborers’ International Union of North America for projects throughout the United States and Canada. His main areas of focus include industrial hygiene, hazard awareness and correction, ergonomics, infection control and overall site safety. While his focus is on the construction industry, he also has experience working with general industry, public employees and worker training. He is a recognized OSHA Master Instructor for North America’s Building Trades Unions. He has a bachelor’s degree in physiology and has completed the coursework for a master’s degree in occupational safety and health/industrial hygiene, both from West Virginia University.
