NSC Networks: Legal Issues
The Occupational Safety and Health Legal Issues Network gives in-house counsel responsible for managing corporate legal issues related to occupational safety and health an opportunity to share knowledge and candidly discuss issues with HSE experts and peers in a confidential setting.
Twice yearly meetings feature speakers from OSHA and other federal regulatory agencies who address current trends and developments in occupational safety and health law. Meetings also include a roundtable discussion dedicated to discussing member concerns. Meetings are held in May and November, immediately before the OSH Group meetings so that members can easily attend both. Members who attend the meetings may earn continuing legal education units in states that have mandatory programs.
