How much does it cost?
This varies based on the scope of your project and your company’s size, as well as the level of analysis you would like. However, you can get a general idea of our pricing structure from our infopacket. Contact [email protected] To get a ballpark number, there is a base cost for the number of reports you would like, plus a per-employee charge. Your survey team consultant will walk through all of this in detail to give you an accurate quote.
How long does it take to get results?
The length of a project can vary a lot. Much of the time frame depends on how quickly we finalize your survey form and how long you allow for the survey administration period. NSC can provide results within four to six weeks of receiving completed surveys.
I have multiple locations and/or workers in the field; can you accommodate this?
Yes, we work with a number of global organizations and can send surveys to multiple locations and provide additional language options. The survey can be administered by paper format, online or a combination of both paper and online to accommodate a variety of work environments.
How many questions? How long does the survey take?
The are several options, and while each is customizable, typically first-time clients use our standard 50-item survey. On average, about 10-15 minutes for employees to complete.
Can we add our own questions?
Yes, your survey team consultant will discuss specific items of interest, with the option to provide customized items if you have specific programming or safety elements you would like to get feedback on.

Is your survey appropriate for office employees?
The survey is designed to be understandable to all employees and applicable across industries, however we can modify the wording on survey items to ensure they are comprehensible to all employees. The survey measures components central to any effective safety management system, regardless of work environment. Metrics are focused around six fundamental elements of a world-class safety management system including: management leadership and commitment, supervisory engagement, employee involvement, safety support activities, safety support climate and organizational climate.

Yes, we offer optional results presentations, on-site action planning and resources that can help take your results and drive strategic planning forward. We are flexible, these can be coordinated around your needs and organizational structure.
We are interested in distributing an overall safety survey for employees from multiple types of departments, can you assist us?
We work with a number of organizations that have multiple locations and can accommodate a variety of work environments. The survey can be administered by paper format, online or a combination of both paper and online. We can send to multiple locations, and translate multiple language options as needed. Additionally, we can perform comparative analysis on whatever demographic items are critical to your strategic planning, with the ability to give you results by department, location, employment category, for example.
