NSC Divisions Group Coaching Program - National Safety Council

Are you looking for your safety community? Maybe you:

● Are new to safety
● Have safety as only a part of your job
● Lead safety at a small company
● Feel isolated because of who you are – your gender, race, ability or some other characteristic

NSC Divisions is piloting a group coaching program in spring 2022. The program will bring people together in small groups to work through safety topics with an experienced safety professional.

Group coaching will give you the opportunity to connect more closely with people in your situation and field. With your facilitator and a small group of other safety professionals, you’ll build leadership skills and learn to create a strong safety program at your workplace.

The pilot program will launch soon. Meeting schedules will depend on facilitator availability.
