NSC's A Guide to Foreign Research Reactor Spent Fuel, published in June 1998, contains basic information about the current U.S. program to take back spent nuclear fuel from research reactors in 41 foreign countries. This guide was produced through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Energy.
