INDIANAPOLIS –The National Safety Council has announced the recipient of the Dotson Safety Leadership Award, honoring a mid-career safety professional for their exceptional leadership in advancing workplace safety.
Wyatt Bradbury is a principal of health and safety at Avetta and adjunct professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. At 32 years old, he has already cemented himself as a proactive safety leader and driving force in leading initiatives that reduce injuries and save lives in the workplace.
Wyatt has demonstrated outstanding leadership and impactful contributions to the safety profession, academia, professional associations, research and national safety standards. He has and continues to lead transformative safety initiatives, advancing groundbreaking innovations as well as playing a pivotal role in developing the next generation of safety professionals as a dedicated educator.

Established through the Kyle B. Dotson Endowment, the Dotson Safety Leadership Award recognizes an outstanding Certified Safety Professional under the age of 40 who demonstrates leadership, innovation, ethical excellence and meaningful contributions to safety.
