Kahlilah Guyah, CSP, CHMM, is the CEO and principal consultant at EHS Compliance Services Inc. (EHSCSI). She helps organizations leverage their EHS programs to reduce organizational risk, deliver business value and elevate brand reputation.

Kahlilah is regularly featured in industry publications and is a highly sought speaker on topics including psychological health and safety, mental health, and diversity, equity and inclusion and its importance to EHS management systems. She has delivered talks for the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), the SafetyCenter, the Cal/OSHA Summit, EHS Today, VelocityEHS, the National Safety Council, CF Industries and General Motors.

A champion for EHS integration, she is the recipient of the ASSP President’s Award and the Edward M. "Ed" Stratton Memorial Health Safety & Environment Professional Education Grant.
