Mike Hill, director of corporate safety for Performance Contracting Group, has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Mike has served in multiple roles on the operational side of the business, including project engineer, project manager and estimator. Since shifting his focus to safety, he holds Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Safety Management Supervisor (SMS) designations from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

Mike has been with PCG for 18 years, where he has been on both the operations and safety side. Mike is passionate about safety and leadership. He is a member of multiple local and national organizations. Some of these organizations include American Society of Safety Professionals, Associated General Contractors of America, National Insulation Association, Association of Wall and Ceiling Industry and Construction Safety Research Alliance. He is the current co-chairman for the Safety Health and Environmental Committee for the Midwest Insulation Contractors Association, chairman for the Safety and Health Committee for the National Insulation Association and chairman for the Construction and Utilities Division of the National Safety Council.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching softball, spending time on the lake and being a USA Swim official.
