Tony serves WTW’s clients with more than 28 years of international owner, construction, manufacturing and consulting environment safety and health risk management experience. Tony has an established record of leading innovation, influencing change, and implementing construction safety, fire protection, property protection, and safety management system principles across complex public and private facilities, infrastructure and high-risk operations.

Tony’s distinguished 25-year civil service career with the Department of the Navy in North America, Europe, northern Africa and southwest Asia began as a fire protection engineer and eventually progressed to occupational safety and health director and strategic advisor to the Secretary of Navy. Tony also served as an executive EHS director with The Boeing Company, leading their environment, safety and health programs for commercial airplane manufacturing, flightline operations, painting, storage and delivery. He most recently led North America’s consulting practice with Shirley Parsons.

Tony is an active and well-respected volunteer with the Council, and his curiosity and innovative insights accelerate process improvements while holding paramount safety and health and environmental impacts.

Tony earned a bachelor of science and master of engineering in fire protection engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and earned a master of public administration from American University. Tony is a registered professional engineer (P.E.), certified safety professional (CSP), certified quality engineer (CQE), and construction risk insurance specialist (CRIS).
