Take the NSC Online Defensive Driving Course

Kentucky regulations require that drivers complete a state-approved driver safety training course, such as the Online Defensive Driving Course offered by the National Safety Council (NSC).

When you complete this course, you will be required to submit your certificate of completion to Uber. Once approved, this certificate will satisfy your Kentucky Driver Training requirement for one year after the date of completion. Be sure to use the cell phone number and email address associated with your Uber account when creating your profile.

NOTE: If you have already completed this course within the past year, you can upload your previous certificate of completion to your Uber account for approval.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive instructions on how to obtain a copy of your certificate of completion.
