Welcome Reception and Fundraiser

All are invited to the welcome reception benefiting Comprehensive Community Action Program’s Education & Job Training at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 7.

● Drop off donations for the raffle at the registration desk from your local or employer

● Learn more about CCAP and read about their diverse program for youth looking for further education or employment services

● Appetizers and cash bar; each attendee will receive one complimentary drink ticket

● Guests can be added to your registration for $60

● Raffle tickets sold at the event (cash only)

● NSC has provided raffle donations this year, including:

– One registration to the fall Labor Division meeting in Orlando Sept. 17-20, 2024.
– Three packages of the NSC Advanced Safety Certificate course of your choosing (live virtual-instructor led).
– Three NSC Supervisor Impairment Training Courses (e-learning self-paced).
– Three First Aid, CPR & AED courses from NSC (e-Learning self-paced)

Technical Tours

There are two technical tours this year. Please check in with the registration desk if you want to add these to your registration or cancel. Space is limited for each event. If you registered before March 6, information is on the back of your badge.

● Providence Athenaeum, Thursday, March 7: Departing the hotel lobby at 2:40 p.m.; this is not an accessible tour as there are three flights of stairs in the historic building

● Amica Mutual Pavilion, Friday, March 8: Departing the hotel lobby at 10:45 a.m.; tour will be led by a facility union representative

The 2024 Labor Division fall meeting will be held Sept. 17-20, 2024, in Orlando, Florida. Registration for the Labor Division meetings will open soon. Stay up to date with the 2024 National Safety Council Congress & Expo, also taking place in Orlando.
