Learn how leaders can remain focused on safety while encouraging employee input and constructive dissent around safety practices. Learn how leadership behaviors and engagement strategies influence organizational culture and support safe, resilient operations during times of transition. Participants will hear from subject matter experts followed by a moderated Q&A.

Join us for the Campbell Executive Summit, a premier session designed for executive-level attendees seeking to engage in strategic discussion and benchmarking on key safety topics. This interactive environment fosters collaboration and encourages the sharing of best and effective practices, ultimately enhancing safety standards across various sectors. Discussion topics will include safety as a value across cultures and pSIF data management.

◊ Focusing on What Matters Most
For those beginning to build their organization's safety culture. Topics will include changing focus from OSHA recordables to serious injuries and fatalities, leadership engagement in safety and more.

◊ MSDs as Serious Injuries
Advanced workshop on the intersection of serious incidents and fatalities and musculoskeletal disorders. MSDs can be life altering, even if they don’t require surgery. Topics include leadership buy-in to MSDs as potential SIFs, peer challenges and successes.
