As CEO of RoadSafe, Jim Connell leads one of the nation’s largest providers of traffic control and roadway safety services, overseeing operations that support infrastructure projects across the U.S. With a focus on driving strategic growth, maintaining high safety standards and delivering reliable solutions for construction zones, utilities and public works, Jim’s leadership emphasizes innovation, operational efficiency and a strong commitment to protecting workers and the public.
Jim has held several leadership roles in business development, operations and corporate strategy. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief commercial strategy officer at Centuri Holdings, where he led enterprise-wide commercial strategy, focusing on growth initiatives across key markets and aligning customer and business strategies.
Jim holds a bachelor of science in technical systems management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
