John Perkins is vice president of global EHS and business continuity for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, overseeing environmental, health, safety and business continuity programs across 48 facilities in 19 countries worldwide. He is a global environment, health, safety and sustainability (EHS&S) executive with more than 28 years of strategic and operational experience across multiple industries, including automotive, steel, electronics, distribution and construction.
Prior to joining Goodyear, John served as vice president of worldwide safety services for The Walt Disney Company Experiences segment, supporting its parks, cruise line and entertainment operations. Previously, he held various EHS leadership positions with Johnson Controls, Tyco International and Visteon Corporation.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Walsh College. He is also a Certified Safety Professional.
