Chief Human Resources Officer

Mindi Searle brings more than 30 years of human resources experience to the National Safety Council. She specializes in the areas of talent management and culture development. She previously served as head of human resources for the nonprofit Lions Clubs International and as vice president, human resources, at Fairbanks Morse Engine.

She is responsible for developing and overseeing organization-wide policies and programs regarding employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent management and employee engagement.

Ms. Searle earned a degree in management and organizational development from Spring Arbor University and an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte. She previously spent eight years on the board of directors for Goodwill of Northern Illinois as chair of the Human Resources Committee.
