To qualify for this impressive award, your organization must:
• Have no occurrence of an occupational injury or illness resulting in death or days away from work in accordance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements
• Accomplish at least 30 consecutive work days during this period
• Submit self-reported data. Please note, NSC reserves the right to request supporting documents.
