To qualify for this high-status award, a company, location or division must have achieved the following in accordance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements:
• Zero fatalities during the previous calendar year
• Must have a lost workday case incident rate* equal to or less than 50% of the BLS rate for their reported 6-digit NAICS code during calendar year Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2022
