Each October, we observe National Teen Driver Safety Week to call attention to the challenges faced by teen drivers and to explore how we can all work to keep each other safe behind the wheel. These efforts are perhaps more important than ever, as our roadways are becoming increasingly dangerous.
The following toolkit will help you get involved with this observance, provide brand new teen safe driving resources and help you spread awareness to parents/caregivers about this crucial topic.
For questions, media inquiries or speaking engagements for the observance, please contact: [email protected]
Are you a stakeholder looking to get further involved in the observance? Not sure where to start or what messaging to use?
Look no further, the DriveitHOME team has pulled together key talking points, resources and copy to get you started.
Show your support during the observance, by downloading and placing the campaign's participant logo into your email signature.
When using an application like Outlook: Select file, then options, then mail and finally, signatures. From there, you can then upload the graphic.
Print and display the following posters in common areas or share them digitally to help others learn about teen safe driving.
Help spread the word with ready-to-use social media posts and images from our digital social media kit, which makes it easy to share posts and images on your Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Instagram accounts. Use the hashtag #NationalTeenDriveSafetyWeek in all your posts.
Share these animated graphics in emails, on digital screens or across social media to help spread the message about the campaign and top risk factors teens face when behind the wheel.
