NSC Training Impact Awards

Outstanding NSC Instructors will be Recognized Sept. 14

The NSC Training Impact Award for Instructor of the Year honors instructors who consistently go beyond their daily responsibilities and demonstrate exceptional commitment to advancing lifesaving skills, building a strong culture of safety and positively impacting their communities. The 2025 Instructor of the Year and Training Center award-winners will be formally announced Sept. 15 at the 2026 NSC Safety Congress & Expo in Indianapolis.

The NSC Training Impact Award is open to active NSC-authorized instructors in the areas of First Aid/CPR, Driver Safety and Workplace Safety Training. 

Trainers of the following programs are eligible:

● Alive at 25®
● Attitudinal Dynamics in Driving (ADD)
● DDC 10th Ed 4 hour
● DDC 10th ED 8/6 hour
● International DDC
● Left Side of the Road

● Professional Truck Driver
● State Courts Against Road Rage (SCARR)
● First Aid, CPR & AED
● Pediatric First Aid, CPR & AED
● Any courses taught within the Advanced Safety Certificate program

Winning this recognition can validate an organization’s safety program, may lead to more resources for its safety program, and for the instructor, bring a richly deserved validation of their efforts.  

Winning safety professionals are selected by members of various awards committees, including safety consultants and professionals who are leading experts in the field. 

Awards are based on the 2025 calendar year. Nominations closed in April 2026.
