How does Examinetics measure their technology's effectiveness in the field?
We use comparable Standard Threshold Shift and Work-Relatedness Evaluation data to show our clients a lift in safety performance. Our data shows that when companies use a mobile unit for administering hearing testing, 46% of employees with STS get a retest and 60% do a WRE for further evaluation. In comparison, when an employer has access to Salux for testing (either in addition to the mobile unit or as a replacement), then 69% of employees with STS receive a retest and 73% do a WRE. This is a 50% improvement in retesting and 20% improvement in WRE.
