Scott Spielmann brings over 25 years of world-class customer service to lead the NSC sales and customer service teams. Scott’s team not only helps customers create a well-trained workforce using the most up-to-date and data-driven safety training available, but also build a culture of safety that saves lives both on and off the job.
Prior to joining NSC, Scott held Sr. VP of Sales and VP of Sales roles at leading consumer products companies, including Cedar Electronics and Jarden Consumer Solutions, supplying home goods to leading retail corporations in North America. Scott has partnered with best in class sales teams to deliver solutions driven by the needs of customers.
Scott’s sales leadership experience has helped transform large sales teams to deliver exceptional results and revenues exceeding $100M while also being considered experts in their respective industries. A key component to Scott’s past success has been understanding the customer’s needs and tailoring programs and training to address them while delivering a win-win for all parties.
Scott graduated from Illinois State University with Marketing and Economics degrees and currently resides in Mt. Prospect, IL.
