Anaheim – The National Safety Council honored seven individuals with Distinguished Service to Safety Awards, the highest award the Council presents to safety professionals. This year's seven recipients were honored at the opening session of the NSC Congress & Expo in Anaheim – the largest annual gathering of safety and health professionals in the United States.
"This year's winners have raised the bar for everyone working in safety today," said NSC President and CEO Deborah A.P. Hersman. "They continue to inspire their peers, and their work has undoubtedly made our world safer."
