SSDP: Targeted Learning, Maximum Proficiency

Applying Neuroscience to Safety Training

The new National Safety Council Supervisors' Safety Development Program allows employers to more efficiently train supervisors and managers while increasing their proficiency. You no longer have to choose between competency and saving time.

SSDP Online provides high-impact study sessions to ensure each student is focusing on the exact concepts and objectives that individual needs to learn. Similar to a tutor, the adaptive engine identifies knowledge gaps by measuring how much a student knows at various points in the training and how confident the student is in his or her answer. From there, it generates an individualized learning path.

Reports also can be generated to share supervisors' progress with your executive team.
