Making the Case for Contractor Management: Examining the Safety Benefits of Third-Party Management, with data supplied by BROWZ, LLC. This study examines the impact of contractor management programs – specifically prequalification – on the safety of contractors in the BROWZ database. The contractors in the study were found to have better average Total Recordable Rates (TRR), Days Away, Restricted or Transferred (DART) Rates, and Lost Workday Rates (LWR) within individual industries and all industries as a whole.
